No probs getting over Ballina bar at first light but with high winds due in the arvo we had to crack the whip and motor sailed with the wind on the nose all day. Keris followed us for most of the day but overtook us at Tweed Heads, and we managed to get some great pics of them, and them of us. We’ll post these up when we get them.
Dolphins put on a good show of acrobatics as the sun set over the Gold Coast, and we anchored just outside of Seaworld as night fell. The strong winds predicted didn’t arrive until much later that night, so we are glad we busted a move when we did.We spent a week in the Gold Coast, visiting Sea World, Movie World and Wet and Wild, and the kids had a BALL!!! Jack is officially addicted to roller coasters! We caught up with Rachel and Matt, and their gorgeous kids Jake and Amy. Thanks Rach for the great dinner, great play for the kids, and letting me get all my laundry done!!!
