Quick msg from Jeff to say that all is well but they have had a VERY slow day, only 80 nm in 24 hrs!! They'll be mighty glad when the wind increases and they can get some speed up.
Myself and the boys are now back on Australian soil and can you believe it, it is cold and threatening rain! It is greener in Canberra than it was at my parents place in Auckland. Not what I was expecting!
Thanks Deharne for checking all was OK with getting checked in, we were well under our luggage restrictions (that's a first), the boys were exceptionally well behaved (little cherubs) and the in-flight service was impeccable. The only drama was our cases being the ABSOLUTE last off the carousel in Sydney, so much for getting priority! Having said that, I could very easily become accustomed to travelling Business Class!
